It meets all of my gift processing, grant writing, event planning, donor relations and communication needs. AND the DP team is very helpful and responsible when I need them.

The structure of records is lacking in certain features like household records, soft credit donations, and the ability to distinguish gifts from event registrations.

It has also provided better tracking and management of participant and family information--which has alleviated a lot of paperwork for our staff.

It was simple. But that is one of the reasons we hate this software: it is simplistict, clunky, and very limited in function, even basic tasks like queries and segmenting are poorly designed.
