We haven't struggled with any of the basic features. The donations/gifts coming in are easy to track.

Cons:

So far, I've had to write a few receipts due to complications. User interface is different than I'm used to.

Bedienerfreundliche Donor Management Lösung

Migration der Daten aus Altsystem hat problemlos. Wenn man etwas IT-affin ist, kann man die Software ohne externe Entwickler einrichten. Bei Fragen erhält man vom Support rasche Hilfe und der Vertrieb steht auch nach dem Kauf noch als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Mehrwert ergibt sich, wenn man neben dem Spendenformular auch das CRM nutzt und das E-Mail-System (Brevo) integriert. Aber es läßt sich bei vorhanden CRM auch nur das Spendenformular standalone einsetzen. Für uns war eine DSGVO-konforme Lösung von einem Dienstleister mit Sitz in der EU-wichtig.

Sehr einfach zu bedienen. Flexible Auswertungen. Rascher und bemühter Kundensupport. Schnittstelle zum österreichischen Finanzamt. Integration mit Brevo.

Cons:

Wir sind erst ein halbes Jahr dabei und sind bisher auf keine gravierenden Nachteile gestoßen. Für unsere Zwecke reichen die standardmäßig angebotenen Funktionalitäten in der Regel aus. Größere optische Anpassungen an die Spendenformular sind wahrscheinlich nur mit Hilfe der IT-Abteilung möglich, für uns hat es gepasst wie es ist.

Verkauf von Altruja an RaiseNow hat zu einer Neuevaluation der deutschsprachigen Lösungen am Markt geführt und daraufhin wurde die Fundraisingbox ausgewählt.

Pros:

The donor management is probably the best feature. Creating giving forms, tracking communication, all of that was good.

Cons:

The price, we had a different donor processor before FundraisingBox and we are soon switching back over to our previous processor. The other one caught up in features but has a much lower price.

Reasons for switching to FundraisingBox

Initially because of the SEPA features and it's ability to work well in German banking systems.

Die FundraisingBox ist ein solides All-in-One Tool: Spendenformular mit Datenbank, super Workflow zum Erstellen von Spendenquittungen, Spenderkontakt direkt aus der Box heraus, ganz ohne Umstände. Einfach richtig gut - und stetig erweiterbar. Auch mit Spendenshops. Ein großartiges Produkt, gerade für wachsende Organisationen

Cons:

Leider kann ich nur ein Spendenkonto mit der FundraisingBox verknüpfen. Besser wäre es, mehrere Bankkonten hinzufügen zu können.

Zur Auswahl standen: FundraisingBox, Pax-Bank-Spendenportal, RaiseNow mit Salesforce, Grün IMB Lassie, Gettub, Kaleido:Start mit Salesforce. In Hinblick auf die Einrichtungsdauer, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhälnis, die laufenden Kosten und die Funktionalität (Spendenshop, Spendenseiten für Anlässe, Geschenkspenden, Erstellung von Spendenbescheinigungen, etc.) hat FundraisingBox in nahezu allen Kategorien dominiert. Zudem ist es auf Grund seiner Anwenderfreundlichkeit auch im Team einsetzbar, auch mit Menschen, die noch nie zuvor mit (Spender-)Datenbanken gearbeitet haben.

Ein sehr hilfreiches Tool

Ohne Fundraisingbox wäre ich mit der Spendenverwaltung ziemlich überfordert. Das hieße auch, dass viele Spenden nicht zustande kämen. Für die Einrichtung erhielt ich prompten Support. Allein hätte ich das nicht geschafft.

Mir hilft sehr die einfache Beantwortung zu den eingegangenen Spenden.

Cons:

Leider muss ich die SEPA-Lastschriftaufträge an die Bank "händisch" übermitteln. Da verliere ich manchmal den Überblick. Zum Glück werden die XML-Dateien korrekt erstellt.

Die Bedienung ist einfach und trotzdem ist die Software vielfältig nutzbar. Sie deckt die gesamte Palette von Fundraising Kanälen ab und bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten der Spendenakquise und Spenderverwaltung. Formulare lassen sich ohne große Kenntnisse einbinden und verändern. Auch das CRM bietet viele Möglichkeiten und Automationen.

Cons:

Eigentlich gefällt mir alles. Der Support hilft schnell weiter bei Problemen.

Leichte und schnelle Umsetzung der Integrierung in unser System. Die Formulare waren einfach zu erstellen und auch die Zahlungsweisen waren leicht anzulegen. An sich läuft es relativ reibungslos, bis auf wenige Ausnahmefälle.

Einfache und leichte Benutzeroberfläche, gute Auswertungsmöglichkeiten für Daten, sehr gutes Hilfecenter in dem man die meisten Fragen über Tutorials beantworten kann

Cons:

Für reine Spenden ist das Programm gut geeignet, wir verwalten damit aber Patenschaften. Dabei gibt es einige Probleme mit der Verarbeitung der Daten durch benuterdefinierte Felder die in das Formular eingefügt werden mussten. Oft werden diese Felder bei Spendern die zweimal hintereinander Spenden einfach überschrieben. Außerdem kann ich in der Fundraising Box nicht nach Patentieren suchen. Auch der Support kann da nicht helfen.

Ich finde das Cockpit eine großartige Sache und mag die schnelle Bearbeitbarkeit, bspw. eines eigenen Formulars. Außerdem immer eine flotte und nette und v.a. hilfreiche Antwort, wenn man mal Fragen hat.

Cons:

Manchmal sucht man länger, bis man etwas findet ;-) Musste da auch schon ein paar Mal hinschreiben deswegen, aber die Antwort kam immer flott.

1. Recht einfache Verwaltung unserer Mitglieder- und Spenderdaten. 2. Einfache Erstellung von Spendenquittungen am Beginn eines neuen Jahres. 3. Komode Zuordnung der Spendeneingänge zu den Spendern. 4. Guter Überblick über die eingegangenen Spenden in den letzten 12 Monaten.

Cons:

1. Alte BAnkverbindungen, die nicht mehr exixtieren, können bei den Spendern nicht gelöscht werden; ansonsten lassen sich ja alle Daten ändern. 2. Neue Spenderkontakte werden aus den ÜW-Trägern falsch angelegt. 3. Das es bei Problemen nur sehr schwer ist, jemanden ans Telefon zu kriegen. Manche Probleme ließen sich beim Telefonat viel leichter lösen.
