Givebutter vs HelloFund: Which is best for you?

This platform has aided us in running many successful fundraisers while being able to keep track of donors, funds coming in and tickets sold.

I do not like that Admins cannot add or edit payment information, I do not like that Admins cannot process partial refunds, I do not like the virtual auction sign up--it requires too many steps, and I do not like that an Admin cannot mark an auction item "Complete" if a person pays offline.

The platform enabled our PTO to create a professional, user-friendly website where parents could learn about our gala, purchase tickets, and bid on auction items.

This could be some amount of user error on my end, but we often got confused between these different pages/sheets and their capabilities.
