This platform has aided us in running many successful fundraisers while being able to keep track of donors, funds coming in and tickets sold.

I do not like that Admins cannot add or edit payment information, I do not like that Admins cannot process partial refunds, I do not like the virtual auction sign up--it requires too many steps, and I do not like that an Admin cannot mark an auction item "Complete" if a person pays offline.

We want to stay with it, but that has to be made more user friendly as well as the email options.

It isn't a difficult software program and I have learned some of the basics but I would love to see what all of the capabilities are.
