An easy way to set up and track charitable donations

Pros:

Very easy to set up: their search function is easy to use and once you've identified your target organization, setting up a one-time or recurring donation is pretty effortless.

Cons:

The analytics feature is pretty limited. You get monthly emails summarizing your organization's charitable impact, but it's just some surface-level numbers. Would be cool if we could dive deeper into the stats. Also, it would be nice if they sent you an annual summary of your individual donation(s). Monthly statements are available, but a year-in-review would be helpful for taxes and such.

Great Partnership

Pros:

My company enjoys working with Percent Pledge as it is a great hassle free way to manage who is donating to charity at our company and keep track of our company match for the year. Customer service is great as well.

Cons:

It would be nice to have more international organizations represented in the software as this is an issue our employees have raised most when using the portal. Also more company specific portal customization would be great for our needs.

Nice platform lacking admin level access to data

Its been ok, I would like to see more admin level visibility.

Employees have a platform where they can easily donate and we no longer have to process for them.

Cons:

As an admin that I am unable to see employees history. When employees come to HR to ask about their donations, if they have been dispersed, or if they have been matched, I am unable to assist. I cannot see any employee data.

Pros:

Percent Pledge is far and away the best corporate giving platform I have used. The design is intuitive, I love that there are no fees on my donations, the database of volunteer events makes giving time easy, and the impact reporting is the best I have seen.

Cons:

I have had no issues with Percent Pledge and love that the software keeps improving each month when I log in.

Percent Pledge is for Individual Donors Too!

Pros:

Percent pledge is great for individual donors who want to support a range of causes and manage that support more intentionally over time. My ability to identify vetted charities supporting causes that are important to me, coupled with the flexibility to manage my support of those charities over the year or years is greatly valued. The Percent Pledge experience is more fulfilling than one check to one charity annually.

Cons:

I liked getting a tax statement for 2022, not sure I received one before.

Percent Pledge was incredibly easy to implement and we've been able to use it across different applications since we launched. As a user, the tool is extremely easy to use, support is incredibly responsive to vetting and adding new organizations and the tracking and reporting it offers means that we can responsibly manage giving campaigns without dedicated staff to support.

Cons:

I believe that we have to contact Percent Pledge to setup new campaigns - it would be more streamlined if that were automated.

Highly recommend for donation management and volunteering.

Percent Pledge is a fantastic partner for HR teams. They send out very timely cause portfolios around recent disasters or crisis, like responding to a natural disaster, to create a concrete way for employees to give via a vetted source. The service at Percent Pledge is outstanding. They use a Passion Assessment to help you structure your giving and volunteering program to align to both your employee interests and your corporate mission. I can't say enough good things about the individuals who have supported our account over the years. They go above and beyond to make the volunteering events successful. Since moving to a remote / hybrid model, it has been a challenge to organize volunteering, and I am so glad we partnered with PP so it didn't fall by the wayside as we moved away from an in person model.

Pros:

The software is very easy to implement and to use. The dashboards give you a quick snapshot of what you need to know, and it is very easy to pull data (participation in events, matching, tax information, etc.). We really like the ability to create custom cause portfolios, and our employee resource groups have done this to great success.

Cons:

There is not that much functionality within the admin panel for driving registration or engagement in the volunteering programs. It would be great to see that built out more.

Pros:

From a user standpoint, the product was very straightforward for managing online donations.

Cons:

Other than using the tool for donation management/payment processing, I didn't spend any time on the site. Not sure if there are resources available or other materials to incentivize more regular giving.
