About Raklet

Raklet is a cloud-based club and event management solution that provides an integrated workflow for maintaining a contact database, collecting payments, organizing events and automating email and SMS communication.

Raklet enhances member management by offering customer relationship management (CRM) for record-keeping and encourages community engagement with private social networks and smart forms for gathering member information. A dashboard provides a timeline of recent community activity and an at-a-glance view of organizational performance.

Data stored with Raklet is secure and kept private and support is available at any time by email or phone. Membership fees, donations or ticket sales can be collected through the platform, and communications can be improved through rich email messages.

Raklet operates on a tiered pricing model, offering a free plan for organizations with fewer than 1000 contacts and additional price points designed for small to midsize businesses.

Raklet also collects transaction fees for payments received through the platform. It features Android, Windows Phone and iOS mobile apps.

Pros:

We are a professional organization that requires the capacity to track our members in order to award certifications, track continuing education units, and conduct events for the professional growth of our members. In light of the preceding requirements, we discover that racklet are capable of assisting us in achieving our goals. The certificate is one of the things we'll need to make, and it will help us a lot to make sure that our organization runs smoothly. The developers working on this platform are quite approachable and well-versed in the requirements of our firm. Their understanding of our organization's needs, as well as their eagerness and willingness to help us reach our goals, is a big deal. There is always the chance to check with the team and ask that a feature be added to your account if one isn't already there. It is possible that this platform will provide us with many additional functionalities that we have not yet completely explored. Utilize digital tools such as memberships, newsletters, and other forms of advertising to develop and monetize your following. There is no need for coding. There are a lot of useful tools that this platform can offer that we haven't used yet that will help us make our community experience beautiful. I would strongly recommend this platform to any serious businesses that want to give their users a great experience.

I love that the free version has the necessities that I need at this time starting my business. Simple and easy to use, continuous improvements from the team.

Cons:

I wish there was an option for a 'virtual punch card' and/or a membership plan with a limited number of check-ins.

Amazing tool for association management

It makes our life really easy. We've been reaching out to support team whenever we need a specific feature and it gets added to product roadmap. It gets implemented at their pace and if it's something urgent, we can get it built for our organization with custom development. So far so good.

Pros:

Setup your membership plans, collect new ones online and the system will take care of renewals and follow ups for you. You can use their newsletter functionality to send newsletters. Another great feature is their event management check-in. We can sell tickets online and at the door. We can easily check-in guests and follow up after the event accordingly.

The membership management , payment portal an outstanding app, I had members commitments at 20% this site took it to 80%

Cons:

I will say for now no cons to be honest and very very sincere. There is no cons about the app for now

Easy to install, easy to use, fantastic customer support - responsive and helpful. It has same features as traditional community software/platforms for a fraction of the price.

Cons:

The overall generic/initial look is not too ‘modern’, and unless you’re a bit tech savvy it’s hard to modify.

Reasons for choosing Raklet

Raklet is way cheaper than Hivebrite and has the same core functionality. The only difference was that Hivebrite has a more ‘professional’ look, but it wasn’t worth the extra money

We could configure the whole forum, social network and fundraising in 24 hours. It was impressive!

It's easy-to-use, has a good support team and is very flexible.

Cons:

Some very good features are only available for the bigger packages, which are more expensive, so we don't have the chance to try them since we subscribe to the smaller packages.

Raklet offered a higher amount of members on the simpler package. For a project that is just stating out, it's very important.

We’ve been using Raklet for a while now, and it’s made a real difference in how we manage our community and day-to-day operations. It took a bit of time to get used to everything. There’s definitely a learning curve, but once we got the hang of it, the platform started working really well for us. Security was a big priority for our team, and Raklet has given us confidence that our data and our members’ data are in safe hands. That peace of mind is invaluable. In terms of value for money, Raklet packs in a lot. We’ve been able to handle membership management, donor and donation tracking, and even event planning all in one place. It’s saved us from juggling multiple tools, which has made things simpler and more cost-effective. One of the unexpected wins has been the task and project management features. They’ve helped us stay organised and keep everyone on track, especially when we’re working across different teams. The team collaboration tools have also made communication much smoother, no more endless email chains or missed updates.

Cons:

Nothing to add so far. The solution is meeting our expectations so far. Potentially, customers will define more needs

The product is easy to get your head around and setting up was fairly straight forward. It was also affordable for us as an NGO.

Cons:

Not always intuitive in some areas and takes some time, and a few email exchanges to get things sorted. And that is how most tools are these days.

I love what Raklet is doing

It's been difficult to get my friends on social media to move over into buddhagang.raklet.org, but I love how easy it is on my side of things to set up a recurring donation / donor management system.

I like the donor and donation management aspects of raklet most. The membership management stuff is also important to me as I want to use Raklet as a way to gather my Buddhagang sangha friends together.

Cons:

Some of my older friends have complained about being confused, but I don't think it is raklet's fault.

Sophisticated feel, better than most community sites

I think raklet is a great service. It has more value than other community sites. I would love if you advertise it more. But it does feel like it is for more sophisticated markets like corporates and not social environments. In total, I see raklet as a B2B community service and I like it.

The structure of the community and the features give raklet a sophisticated look than popular community sites. I also liked the access structure of the content which made it effective to my membership plans.

Cons:

Hmm, I can't think of one. I would have liked a better setup of the colours of text and headers. It is a bit complex and I had to get support to help me do it.
