I have had a great experience, i havent had any issues with sign up genius.

Cons:

Got some time

This is a good decide just a little more complicated than I like. I'm sure everybody has a preference and I just wish it was a little easier to use.

Pros:

You can create and personalize a questionnaire , survey or even a potluck. This is a tool that can help you collect the data that you need.

Cons:

I find myself spending too much time trying to figure out how to do something or how to go back and fix it.

Pros:

This is the best way to manage sign ups for conference meetings, donations, and volunteering. It reminds people of their sign up so they don’t forget. It also allows you to not overlap meetings or sign ups.

Cons:

I do struggle with some of the features and initially creating the sign up.

Great For Organizing Contributions to an Activity. Free Plan Could Use a Facelift

It helps organize events for my kids' school's activities and helps everyone stay on the same page for donations and contributions to an activity

Cons:

The free plan view is simply an eyesore. I wish they could create a more user-friendly free template that did not feel as distracting and "busy". Other than that, I think it's a great tool!

New to this however so far I find it very useful.

I am new to using this website and its features so I still have some trouble using it from time to time however the ease that it provides me to plan and coordinate activities at work is still worth the extra time to figure out how to use it.

Pros:

I use sign up genius at work frequently to collaborate with other employees to complete group events such as potlucks, baby showers, etc. I am newer to using this website and then features that it offers but I was able to figure it out without any use of customer support. So far I have been able to use this site for free but I do think there are additional things that you can pay for if you were using it more frequently. It has been very helpful when setting up and coordinating events to manage volunteering and participation easier.

Cons:

I do feel like there is a bit of a learning curve when starting use this website. The features and directions are not very clearly described and I frequently have to use a trial and error method to find out what exactly I want to use. It does have a lot of additional features and designs that you can use but they have to be paid for which also makes me sad however I am happy to use the free version to coordinate events.

End the Endless Emails for Signing Up for Meeting times

I've had mostly great experiences with the software. It has become more bogged down with ads and features have become somewhat harder to find, but generally, I've had a very positive experience.

I like how easy it is to set up and deploy to staff who aren't exactly tech savvy. It also provides basic sign up features that no other software provides well.

Cons:

I wish that there were slightly more tools for signing up for a room, items to bring, or eliminating time slots more easily.

Reasons for switching to SignUpGenius

This has some tools that work well in conjunction with Doodle Poll. Honestly, both are often necessary. It would be nice to see more of an overlap in their features.

Hi, I like this product very much. I am often signing up for volunteer days for my daughter and my town so this makes it very easy.

Cons:

Cons are sometimes I will sign up for something, and by the time I have gotten to the end, another person has taken that spot.

Pros:

There was a big part about SignUpGenius that I really like and that was it sent me email reminders for things I have signed up for.

Cons:

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like about but I did notice that the system was hard to create a form. Not so user friendly to create forms.
