About Virtuous
Virtuous is an integrated, cloud-based solution for small to large non-profit organizations. It assists with various aspects of a non-profit’s needs, from managing donors and fundraising, as well as marketing and outreach. It’s suited for a variety of NPOs such as Animal Welfare, Human Services, Higher Education, and more.
The Donor Management tool provides at-a-glance contact information and relates givers to one another in a "giving network," and an integrated map view helps organizations build local connections of donors. Predictive analytics suggest best next steps based on donors' financial and relational data, and prompts users to ask for donations at the optimal time. Virtuous’ Fundraising tool offers a fully integrated widget powered by Stripe. The app can be embedded on any webpage, and features built-in recurring donation options. Marketing Automation sends emails and assigns tasks based on donors’ giving patterns, locations, and past campaign interactions.
Virtuous can support integrations with several third-party tools such as Gmail, MailChimp, HubSpot, WordPress, Eventbrite, and more.

We transitioned to Virtuous from Raiser's Edge several years ago, and it was probably the best decision we ever made in terms of being able to decentralize our CRM and make it accessible to our team at large. It took us a while to get everyone trained to use it but now that we are up to speed we don't know how we lived without it.

The experience has been poor. After a year of trying to get it up and running (countless hours from multiple team members) we are about to cancel our contract because the support has been that bad. I would not recommend Virtuous.

Great platform; still in development

Although it's live, functional, and an overall great platform, Virtuous is still a work-in-progress in somewhat early-stage. Dev team is still working to streamline some of the fundamentals. If you go into it knowing that, you'll be perfectly happy. If you go in thinking you'll be using a "matured" software, you will get frustrated.
