    I love the customized meal plans for all my clients and workouts. Also having everything in 1 app.
    Cons:
    I would love to have the meal plan swaps easier to use, having the clients choose their own swaps when they swap out. I would love to have a CARB Cycle meal plan option. Maybe have Options with macros more consistent for all options. I would like to see them to be able to print out a workout that looks like a log sheet of their workout of the day. I would also like to be able to transfer ounces/ grams into cups/ teaspoons . Maybe let the customer choose if they want ounces or cups and teaspoons.

    This app does not function as advertised. The meal options are limited, the macros are off, and the workouts are full of repeated exercises.
