About BioSig-ID

BioSig-ID is designed to help organizations streamline authentication, password management and privilege access management operations. It enables businesses to monitor users’ behavior and identify them by capturing their movements by four characters they draw using their finger or mouse.

Features of BioSig-ID include user activity monitoring, single sign-on (SSO), remote access management, multi-factor authentication, endpoint management, behavioral analytics, automated alerts and more. It allows managers to provide protection against online fraudsters and gate digital content or assets using gesture biometric passwords. Additionally, it lets administrators monitor users’ activities and capture privacy-conscious images through webcams.

BioSig-ID helps professionals conduct analytics, verify government ID proofs, generate custom reports and detect suspicious activities. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

BioSig-ID Software Review

The company has supported their product well and stayed in touch to verify any needs. I find it to be a positive on-boarding experience and have had minimum support cases to oversee. I continue to see improvements and support with continued usage. The product is easy to use and easy to implement. We implemented before the health crisis and now am even more thankful for the extra layers of student verification we have embedded in our online classes.

Pros:

The software was easy to implement, easy for users, and required minimum support. It provided an extra layer of verification of student identity and tracking with little support needs.

Cons:

Mobile users find it easy to use, but I find some students zoom in while attempting to complete setup causing minimum issues.

Nothing good can be said about this. Dear G-d, give me in my next life the time I wasted on BioSig-ID and the effort of having to write this review back, please.

Cons:

Every time I try to use this piece of garbage, it is terrible. Using a mouse to try to draw even straight lines let alone straight lines that are similar is a terribly stupid approach to cyber security. Sure, if the goal is to not be able to access ANY system using BioSig-ID, then it's terrific. Cyber security has to be a balance between security and usability. BioSig-ID completely fails on usability. Eventually I decided to use a Code including the only straight line letters of I, L, and T. After endless amounts of trying again and again, eventually the system let me in. What a G-d awful waste of my time. BioSig-ID folks, look in the mirror and dare say ask yourself, if my system sucks, maybe I do too?

Bio Signature is absolutely horrible and unnecessary, There are multiple other options that could be used instead! how about using an authenticator application like google or Microsoft authentication apps that give a code to enter on the site for verification, in my opinion, this will be 10 times safer and faster, Taking 30+ minutes to learn how to draw again is not necessary at all and it is very frustrating.

Worst Product on the Market

Overall this was the worst experience I ever had out of any security feature I’ve ever used

Nothing to like about the product as it makes no sense for anyone to use that isn’t using a touch screen

Cons:

I hated everything about this product and have had to change my password every time I log in due to not having a touch screen

Scourge to humanity

I would rather stick my bare hand in a beehive than deal with this program for one more minute. Biosig is a scourge on humanity and my mental wellbeing.

I'm sure it would keep any wrongdoers out of my account, but it also keeps me out of my account

Cons:

The thing will absolutely not recognize my simple number pattern. No matter how many times I draw and redraw it keeps telling me that the patterns are too dissimilar. There is no alternative to using the mouse to delicately draw symbols on the screen. If you have unsteady hands or limited motor skills, you will absolutely not be able to use this. I have literally spent hours fuming because the parameters for what constitutes a similar pattern are down to the godforsaken pixel.
