    Resolver is a very good management or incident tracking platform made for big companies. This platform keeps track of all the activities inside the business and is very helpful to track, analyze and integrate them. Let me tell you the work of resolver, centralize business and management, manage internal audit, planning or incident investigation from one place. Its interface is very advanced, modern and user friendly, in which you will get to know real time user activity and analytics in the dashboard and it provides automated alerts which makes your decision fast and good. It has many advantages like it saves a lot of time and resources for the companies as it is automated and hence there is no need for revisions. It helps the team a lot in following the rules, regulations and management as it remains clear. Its report generating feature is very good and beneficial. If you are from the IT field then resolver helps you a lot in valuable management, cyber threats tracking or policy compliance. But like every tool it also has some weaknesses and one of its disadvantages is that its price can be a bit costly for small or startup companies. And training is also required for this because its features are of very advanced level but if you get trained with it then it becomes very beneficial and smooth for you. Resolver is very easy to use, you just have to login and set up its modules, incident reporting, Risk Register, compliance checklist. After this you can give access to it to anyone like your team or partner and after that you can record every incident. You keep getting automated notifications in it. You can test your recovery plan through the business continuity module. It just takes a little practice and investment but after that it gives you a lot of benefits.

    I liked its free plan the most as it provides accurate information without paying any fees and its dashboard is very user-friendly.
    Cons:
    Resolver has a paid plan, which small businesses cannot afford, so they have to make do with the free one. It would be better if the paid plan starts offering a slightly lower price.
