About Gingr
Gingr is a cloud-based solution, which assists pet boarding and grooming facilities with online reservations, employee management and payment processing. Key features image library, transaction history, custom branding, activity dashboard, automatic reminders and membership management.
The Gingr platform comes with a centralized dashboard, which enables administrators to view scheduled pet appointments, check-in multiple pets and owners, send photos or videos to customers, track hours worked by staff and print reservation reports. Managers can track calls, emails and SMS, as well as store vaccination records and inventory expiration-dates. Additionally, it comes with a calendar which displays appointments by day/week/month and allows users to view schedules for groomers.
Ginger offers integration with third-party applications such as iDogCam, Broadly, Kisi, Zapier, MailChimp, SalesForce, Quickbooks and more. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

There was a lot of time and effort put in, but the end result was not worth it. The implementation has been time-consuming and has not improved efficiency over the previous program. We spent over six months getting it functioning, and we've already heard that several of the tasks that our prior (free) program handled effortlessly with no effort are impossible with GingR. When I need help, I often get various answers from different members of the staff. If I'd been aware about Pet Exec beforehand, I definitely would have made that choice.

We’ve had Gingr for approx 5 years now and could not do our daily business without it. Customer service on chat has always been pretty good and the onboarding and setup was very thorough.

We are sorry Gingr wasn't the right fit for you personally. 1st, to address a few facts: (1) Gingr was sold (once) to Togetherwork (TW), an independent holding company of niche software companies like Gingr. TW is not a credit card processing company. Our primary founder and developer stayed, as have most of us. While TW is mostly hands off, they do provide new resources for us to grow & provide more value to our customers. For example, this year we hired (3) developers, (3) onboarding specialists and (3) support staff. This is a very positive move for the long term future of Gingr and our customers - it's good to know you can rely on a stable company for years to come. Yes, we had a bug related to the deduction of package credits. This bug was fixed within 48 hours, and we helped all customers that needed it to mitigate the impact. Our private FB group is open to positive & constructive contributions for fellow Gingr users.

Very very poor. The onboarding appointment never happened. First voicemail left after 3 cancellation notices and credit card charged again on Christmas Day. Have used many cloud based veterinary software programs- they were a cinch compared to Gingr. Although Gingr is reviewed highly, I don’t agree and my experience has been awful.
