Love MoeGo!

MoeGo helps a ton in managing appointments and reducing the number of no shows through automatic reminders. Something we don't have to worry about and now can focus on other things!

Love the ease of use and the online booking capability

Cons:

I would LOVE if they would have the ability to turn off booking ability for specific groomers on certain dogs (if "Groomer 1" doesn't want to groom Fluffy again, make it so that groomer is disabled for Fluffy both online and in app).

Pros:

They have a Facebook page which they update when programming has difficulties. It’s easy to message someone to help with any questions

Doesn’t text and email clients unless you pay extra. Could be more room for dogs information and grooming notes

Best Pet Grooming Software!

I have been using MoeGo for about 6 or 7 months now and I can’t believe I ever used paper before. My business has grown so much since I started using MoeGo and I am truly grateful. With features like online booking, smart scheduling, accepting credit card payments and even managing my retail items MoeGo truly has been an all in one pet grooming software made for groomers!!

Everything! MoeGo truly thinks of everything for Pet Groomers and this system truly is an all in one best way to run your business!

Cons:

Nothing. MoeGo’s customer service team takes the time to list to all of their customers needs and improves their software monthly to increase satisfaction!

Square did not have any of the features MoeGo offered. Square was more of a POS and not specifically geared toward grooming related issues

Very user friendly, has a lot of customizable options.

Cons:

Cost per text adds up quickly. I only use messaging for reminder texts that are included. Otherwise it's a little expensive.

Great application, fantastic customer service, listens to clients

They have been a partner to work with. Through the sales, implement and now execution, i have been nothing but impressed with the way the conduct their business. They listen and make changes. It is great to see an application company that does not get stuck in their own way by not making changes.

I had just opened my Mobile dog grooming business. I was the only one there to start up my company. I cant begin to tell you how thankful I am that this app was outy there I tried several with only added frustration to my stressed life. I couldn't seem to keep up with everything. I found Moego through Googling "Mobile grooming app" OH MY GOSH!!! This app saved my life and got me to 5 employees strong now! This app does everything from schrduling in the same area so I dont drive all over the state lol to reminder CALLS and texts get sent out to avioid cancelitions due to the customers forgetting.

Cons:

The price to add another Bus is a bit pricey for it to do the same as it has been doing. I was hoping it would keep track of the mobiles I use. Like mileage and maintenace. Whos in what unit for that day etc

Could be better

I switched from 123 Pet thinking this would be a better program. As I feel 123 Pet is outdated however, this program is costing me more than 123 Pet. It could be really great! But I feel they are not groomers, and do not get what we need or do. I took 3 years to find another program, and I wish I would have done more research on Moe go. As I'm starting to think I should have gone with someone else.

I like how easy it is to use. I like the online booking, and app for my clients.

Cons:

1. You can not book multiple dogs with different groomers. With that if you break up the appointment with multiple groomers, you can not check out with one ticket. 2. You can not split payments, meaning 2 different CC or CC and cash payment 3. It is hard to fix time clock mistakes meaning if a employee forgot to clock in 4. Support is through email, and by time you get a response you have moved on 5. The calendar is very boring, and hard to see a difference between blocked gray and the white of the calendar. I know that I can color code those but who has that kind of time. 6. When you check out with a CC on file you have to ask if they want to tip the groomer, before you process the cars. The client should be able to tip after they see the price. 7. If clients want to rebook multiple appointments, once you have rescheduled all of them you need to go back and make sure you haven't double booked yourself. There should be an alert that there is already someone schedule at that day and time.

Reasons for switching to MoeGo

I felt 123 Pet was outdated. To complicated to use. The online booking was awful. There was no 2 way text to talk with clients.
