About QR-Patrol

QR-Patrol is a cloud-based guard tour management solution designed to help businesses monitor incidents in real-time, schedule predefined patrols for security gurads and scan checkpoints using QR-codes and NFC tags. Features include man down alerts, multi-level access, action log, user management, guard trail, mobile forms and customizable reporting.

The application enables supervisors to assign checkpoints to specific client site or route, track hours and guard's positioning GPS and monitor them remotely. Using the QR-PTT application, security personnel can communicate via a secure SSL encryption mode over 2G, 3G, 4G and WiFi networks. Patrol managers can use forms to send instructions and questionnaire to guards after every checkpoint scanning.

It comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android. The solution is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via email, phone and documentation.

BEST AND TOP SECURITY SERVICES SOFTWARE SYSTEM

I was using another software system and I was not very happy with their services, some of their products and especially their customer service was the worse. I conducted a thorough check and found that there are several companies that provide security services software. I looked in further and started using QR PATROL and they are by far the best in the industry. I am extremely satisfied with 1. their services (monitoring guards, qr scans etc.) 2. their products (such as the qr stickers) and 3. their customer service. It is very easy to use their system, I never have any problems with the qr stickers and if I have any questions their customer service department and specifically Sofia is very responsive and helpful. Accountability

I used this product to account for lone workers on industrial properties. Having an extra level of accountability is a great feature for your security services. Never have a call again where you can't provide a timeline of events to your client's great software easy to use and works on all platforms.

Thank you Andrew for your review! We would like to inform you that we will soon release a dedicated system for Lone Workers as well! Additionally, "Cheating" is not an easy thing to do; every time that your employers send an event, the position (acquired by GPS, Wi-Fi and GSM cell antennas) and respective time-stamp is also included, so you will be able to spot where they are. Finally, instead of QR-Code labels, you could also use NFC tags or Beacons as checkpoints, so that your employers will not be able to copy them!

Very disappointed seems like bait and switch

Very disappointed with the customer service, once you are a customer you get the run around on everything, no support after the sale.

Reasons for switching to QR-Patrol

At first it seemed cost efficient with the offerings they have, however after the sale it becomes apparent that everything is an add on and nothing related to the support is without a fee.

5* - Excellent Guard Tour System App

The QR Patrol app is a fantastic app to monitor your guarding staff and all reports are available online. The mobile app and the web app work flawlessly. The set up is very east and Sofia and James were very helpful to answer any pre-sale questions.

Advance into Security Patrolling

It is fantastic software to cater today's market. It help the Security Company and the subscriptions owner to monitor the efficiency of Guard on Patrolling. As it is on-line, it make more easier for operational and monitoring.
