Our Analysis of Blink's Pricing Plans

We've conducted a thorough examination of Blink's pricing plans to help you determine which option best aligns with your organization's needs and budget. We've also outlined the key advantages and limitations of each plan to facilitate your decision-making process. Blink offers two pricing tiers: Business and Enterprise. Each plan is designed to cater to different organizational sizes and requirements, with features that scale accordingly....

__Business plan__ The Business plan is designed for midsize organizations with up to 1,000 users and offers Blink’s core digital workplace capabilities. Priced at $4.50 per user per month, this plan provides essential tools to support internal communication, employee engagement, and team coordination. A free trial is available for businesses looking to explore the platform before committing. __Pros:__ - __Comprehensive feature set:__ Includes core capabilities that support effective internal communications and engagement. - __Free trial available:__ Allows organizations to test the platform before committing financially. - __Fixed monthly pricing:__ Predictable cost structure simplifies budgeting regardless of fluctuations in user numbers (up to 1,000). __Cons:__ - __User cap limitations:__ The 1,000-user ceiling may quickly become restrictive for growing organizations. - __Missing enterprise features:__ Lacks some of the advanced capabilities and integrations available in the higher-tier plan. - __Standard support options:__ Does not include the dedicated support resources offered to enterprise customers. __Enterprise Plan__ The Enterprise plan is built for organizations with more than 1,000 users and includes advanced features not available in the Business plan. It offers full survey capabilities, API access, custom digital forms, content integrations, SSO identity management, on-demand translation, and a dedicated customer success manager. Pricing is customized based on your organization’s size and specific needs—contact sales for details. __Pros:__ - __Comprehensive feature suite:__ Unlocks features not included in the Business plan, such as full surveys, automated user management (SCIM), advanced analytics, and on-demand translation. - __Enterprise-ready integrations:__ Supports content integrations (e.g., SharePoint, Box), API access, and SSO to third-party tools, making it easier to plug into existing IT infrastructure. - __High-touch support:__ Includes a dedicated customer success manager and professional services, ideal for organizations with complex deployment or onboarding needs. __Cons:__ - __Custom pricing model:__ Lack of transparent pricing may complicate budgeting and procurement processes. - __Implementation complexity:__ The extensive feature set may require significant time and resources to fully deploy. *Potential feature overwhelm: Some organizations may not utilize all available features, potentially reducing ROI. __Additional features__ Blink offers various capabilities that scale with each tier. The Enterprise plan includes advanced features such as: - Digital form integration - Frontline intelligence - API access - Advanced workforce analytics - Content integrations (SharePoint, Box) - Automated user management (SCIM) - Identity management (SSO to third party) - Custom digital forms - On-demand translation - ePayslips - Professional services - Dedicated customer success manager - 24/7 support __Conclusion__ After analyzing Blink's pricing structure, it's clear that the company offers a range of options designed to accommodate organizations of various sizes and with different requirements. __For mid-sized organizations (up to 1,000 users):__ The Business Plan at ($4.50 per user per month) offers a strong set of features suited for midsize businesses. With its fixed monthly pricing and comprehensive feature set, this plan provides good value for organizations that do not require the extensive capabilities of the enterprise offerings. __For large organizations (1,000+ users):__ The Enterprise plan offers tailored functionality such as advanced analytics, API access, SCIM provisioning, SSO integrations, and a dedicated customer success manager. While pricing is customized, the feature set is built to support deep integration, scalability, and specialized requirements. When selecting a Blink plan, organizations should carefully consider not only their current size and needs but also their anticipated growth and future requirements. By aligning these factors with Blink's tiered offerings, organizations can select a plan that not only addresses immediate communication and engagement challenges but also supports long-term digital workplace objectives.

Blink : An easy collaborative tool to share information inside the teams !

4

This tool is very useful, and I'm using it every day - even every minute - to share information with my team, or other people of my company. The global feed and the "history" allow also to don't miss information.

Pros:
The product is easy to use. The possibility to create group is very interesting, as group can be done with the right persons to talk a specific subject. The global feed allows to share general information about the company.
Cons:
The copy / paste option is working only in the blink feed. No possibility to copy directly to a Google Mail by example.

Reasons for switching to Blink

The goal is to block to only person of the company. The google meet is "open too largely" to everybody in the world.

Vendor Response

Hello Christophe, it is great to hear that you have had a positive experience with Blink! Your feedback on the copy/paste function has been passed to our Product Team. Pros:
We use Blink as our internal workplace social media app. It helps our workforce to engage and connect with each other - especially as we are a multi-site organisation where it can be difficult to meet our colleagues face-to-face. I enjoy how we can individually contribute posts and share content with colleagues. I also like the fact that colleagues can engage with whichever posts they choose and add their own comments and reactions. As an Admin user, I also enjoy the back-end of Blink to see how engaged the workforce are with the app and posts.
Cons:
I think the 'Hub' section could be better laid out and more visually appealing, as it very much feels like an alternative File Explorer with its left-hand menu.

Pros:
It attempts to play in the space of Slack.
Cons:
It does everything other chat apps do in a worse manner or is poorly implemented. I sent multiple bugs back to the company and none were interpreted correctly or I was told the issue I was facing in one platform was fixed in another platform.

Reasons for switching to Blink

Company wanted to spend less money
