About Reputation
Reputation is a cloud-based solution that helps large enterprises collect, respond and manage customer feedback across multiple channels. The platform lets users gain a 360-degree view of the brand's online reputation and improve customer experience by managing reviews, business listings, social media accounts and surveys on a unified interface.
Professionals can utilize Reputation to create customizable surveys, receive client response through SMS, emails or location-specific kiosks and assign personnel to resolve customer concerns or complaints. It comes with a business listings module, which enables managers to audit and claim locations’ listings across online maps, directories and search pages, ensuring data accuracy across platforms. Additionally, administrators can create role-based dashboards to centralize ticketing and issue resolution processes across all channels.
Reputation.com is an AI and machine learning-enabled platform, which facilitates integration with several third-party applications such as CitySquares, Facebook, DemandForce, DexKnows, Uber, Waze and more.

We pretty much didn't have an experience using the software at all. We didn't get onboarding (someone got fired and they didn't reassign anyone to us) and then we got reassigned to someone who didn't know what features we had. We asked for our money back, if I am remembering correctly.
