About Jane

Jane is an assessment platform, which helps medical facilities leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to evaluate and improve staff members' competency. Healthcare professionals can onboard new hires, improve care outcomes and manage learning processes for staff members.

Using Jane, administrators can gain insights into staff members' raw scores, assessment scores and missed, correct or contraindicated answers. Managers can curate specific learning plans based on an individual's skills and use various question types to assess nurses' critical thinking skills.

Jane allows organizations to track healthcare professionals' strengths, weaknesses and percentile rankings from within a unified platform. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Pros:

The testing/educational assignments are 5 stars. Probably the best testing environment out there. in my opinion, Jane may have a role in onboarding, annual competencies, and remedial education. For remedial education it can be fairly specific at times.

Cons:

This is a great product. There is a few issues with removing students accidentally assigned. The method to correct my mistake was very educational yet kind of felt like punishment in an amusing way. Mistakes will be made by administrators and users. I would hope this would become less an issue with updates. It’s still 5 stars in my book just don’t make the same mistake (stupid mistake)I did and everything will continue to work out.

Pros:

It was easy to use the scheduling feature and move or shift appointments around for providers in our practice.

Cons:

There were no cons that I can think off that would ne worth mentioning , in my short time using Jane.
