Hubble has streamlined all of our interactions with Influencers and Social Customers

Pros:

Before Hubble, we were using a ridiculous Google sheet and could not tell which influencers we were working with on which campaign, whether we had paid them and if they had posted... and when! Now, we can get all this information with just a few clicks. In addition, we can check influencer engagement rates before reaching out, download UGC, schedule follow up tasks, and easily document all of our interactions in no time flat.

Cons:

Not much. I know they are in the process of further integration with Shopify, which are considering moving to.

Excellent affordable Influencer management service!

It helps us a lot with our influencer marketing campaigns. Overall a great value for the money!

Pros:

It's a breeze organizing our influencers and tracking the interactions with them. The introduction call was extremely helpful for getting to know the bells and whistles of the app.

Cons:

There are still some features we would like to see added like Shopify integration for example . But it is actively developed and I'm sure it will get better in time.

Finally an affordable Influencer managment program!

Hubble has allowed us to build out a curated contact list of influencers of all sizes relative to our industry. This helps us target multiple influencers for multiple different campaigns at the same time and allows us to keep track of all the content produced in on easy to use dashboard.

Pros:

The google Chrome Plugin is fantastic. it allows me to select influencers who I think would work well with my brand. I Simply search on Instagram, add them to my database and then message them for campaigns. The plug-in also shows a live authenticity score and has a pay pal plug-in for paid campaigns built in.

Cons:

This software does not curate any contract for your campaigns, but it is an easy search online if you need to. Hubble lets you manage your influencers and brand ambassadors how you see fit.

Reasons for switching to Hubble

Other software is too expensive and locks you into 12-month contracts with Hubble it is month to month.

Pros:

Hubble is fantastic for social media outreach. We use it daily to track our influencers, monitor what they are doing and outreach on new campaigns. I would particularly recommend for E-Commerce sellers who are using social media to increase their sales.

Cons:

They recently upgraded the user interface to make it easier and a more pleasant experience.

Pros:

I love how easy it is to use and to get up and running. It removes the tedium normally involved and makes it painless. It's enabled us to engage with our customers in a way that is meaningful. We will continue to use hubble from here on out. We also were surprised that despite all the value hubble provides, it is still very affordable

Cons:

We did not have any issues with this software, it worked as intended.
