Pros:

A very helpful suite of compliance platforms to manage a range of risk and compliance tasks, including e-learning, policy and risk assessment. Reduces the amount of time required to complete tasks as you're not starting from scratch every time, and the support received from the Ideagen Customer Success Managers and Associate Solution Consultants are fantastic.

Cons:

Some aspects of the platforms are not the most user-friendly as they can be a little clunky and complicated to use - this is particularly the case with Assurance.

Once set up, ease of use, consolidated policies and reporting in one place and easily linked.

Cons:

Browser on policy connect can often be quite slow. Policy updates can be fiddly (ie. when there is an update it requires going back to context keys and updating but sometimes not clear whether all context keys will be relevant to you so can be time consuming

Complispace ensures we keep our requirements up to date in regards to business needs and external data safety. This is beneficial to the team as we need to be consistent and stringent in our practices and Complispace keeps us accountable to a high level.
