Ottimo strumento per monitorare le recensioni e aumentare il ranking dell'hotel

Tool intuitivo e facile da istallare e gestire. Assolutamente da istallare per qualsiasi hotel, albergo o struttura ricettiva che riceve recensioni e vuole gestire il tutto in un unico dashboard.

Reputation di Nivula è molto facile da usare. Viene istallato immediatamente e vengono caricate tutte le recensioni fatte anche in passato sulle varie OTA come Booking e Expedia, da Google e dal sito dell'hotel. C'è un mese di prova gratuito e vieni guidato dagli esperti di Nivula. Il dashboard è molto intuitivo e facile da usare, e le informazioni sono subito visibili su tutte le recensioni sia negative e che positive. In questo modo si può intervenire subito sui problemi che emergono in una struttura ricettiva. Con punteggi positivi e con molte più recensioni positive, la struttura ricettiva che gestisco ha aumentato il suo ranking sulle OTA e sta ricevendo molte più prenotazioni rispetto a prima.

E' ottimo come software gestionale per recensioni. Non ho visto niente che non mi sia piaciuto.

Reputation è il prodotto perfetto per chi vuole tenere sott'occhio tutte le recensioni di tutti i portali utilizzando sempre la stessa dashbord. Fiore all'occhiello è il Cockpit che ti permette di vedere l'andamento della tua struttura, il suo posizionamento rispetto la concorrenza e i punti du forza o debolezza su cui lavorare.

Cons:

è personalizzabile in ogni aspetto, non ho ancora trovato un lato negativo
