Pros:

I've been on the hunt for the perfect loyalty solution to engage and retain customers, and I've found it with ethos. This platform is a game-changer for any brand looking to create a loyalty program for their customers. The integration with my Shopify store is seamless. Setting up a loyalty programs has never been easier. With a user-friendly interface and intuitive controls, I am able to tailor rewards and incentives to fit my brand perfectly. One of the standout features is the flexibility ethos offers and all the different types of benefits / rewards I can offer my customers.

Pros:

We have great customers, but have struggled to engage them meaningfully for some time. Email campaigns and flash promotions work OK but their impact degrades over time. This platform gives us the ability to do so much more, leveraging our catalog of content and relationships to offer an entirely new way to engage our customers. Customer Loyalty is so critical to our business, and the ethos platform seems to unlock aspects we had only dreamed of previously. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. The tool feels very slick and new, so it doesn't have tonnes of features, but I actually see that as a positive. Very easy to use.

Pros:

As a mid-sized merchant, ethos seems to be the perfect loyalty solution for us to engage and retain our customers. The killer app for us is the flexibility ethos offers through different types of benefits and rewards I can offer my customers. We are no longer just limited to promo codes. Now we can really engage with our customers.

Cons:

Product is solid. Only negative was it took us a while to discover ethos. But they are quite new.
