Excellent! Client Support is phenomenal, they really want to see you are using the app and understand how it can make our workers safe and our business is doing it's due diligence for compliance with local laws.

The Internal Responsibility Workflow, you can customize compliance elements, the built in corrective action workflow and how you can assign corrective actions without creating additional forms...

Cons:

If anything I wish I had more time to fully utilize all of the capabilities within it. It seems like almost every time I log in, I learn about a new feature or function that I wasn't using, but now do!

Pros:

I love that the product is super user friendly so that my front line employees enjoy using it when required which helps influence a positive safety culture. When safety becomes so time consuming due to the paperwork, it tends to go to the bottom of the pile ... 1Life saves that from happening by making it easy to do and easy to follow up on!

Cons:

I can't say there is anything I dislike, I am excited for the new version to see the changes!

It had the best options and customization and I really liked [sensitive content hidden] approach!

It was not user friendly and was based out of USA

One stop shop, for all things safety. Easy to view, sort, create, and report on forms of all types. Incident, Good Catch, Near Miss, etc. Inspections for all mandatory inspection items can be created and tracked in the software as well. Since the app and desktop versions were synced, it is essentially seamless working between the two different mediums. Really great program.

Cons:

Too many clicks required on lots of forms.

One Stop Shop for Safety!

I would highly recommend 1Life to any company that needs a Safety program. They are always there to help and the training is great!

Always there to help with anything! Their App is awesome, especially when you are on a jobsite and all you have to do is fill out the app and all of our Safety is in one spot!

Cons:

The App wasn't very user friendly, but they have changed and upgraded it so all is good now... No cons!!

1life should be your first and only choice!

I've been using 1Life for 18 months now and have had very little issues with it. The staff are accommodating when you need help, the website is easy to use and the overall functionality of the program is very good.

We've been using 1life for 6+ years now. It's relatively user friendly and easy for us to track everything.

Cons:

Throughout the years there have been the odd glitches here and there, but they are always making improvements and their customer service regarding those issues have been very speedy.
