Easy to use and well integrated platform

1) once I discovered the full feature set: the combination of Website builder, News (blog) engine, Email campaign builder. 2) built in CRM and form data capturing 3) resources: icon sets, tilda font, unsplash images 4) larger social sharing option set than most competitors 5) the separation of content from styling - and the fine tuning that can be done with the latter. 6) Font management

Cons:

No complaints about the platforms. Perhaps more attention and/or some additional features available for the blogging engine.

I found the business package that includes 5 sites to be a very good deal - and easy for me to switch between sites.

I like the ease of use, availability of pre-built blocks and most of all super helpful customer support ready to jump in and discuss what holds you back. Super rare!

Pros:

Simple and flexible design tools. You can use standard blocks for fast prototype or flexible ZeroBlock for custom design without coding.

Cons:

Their support is terrible. I had a problem with my card and they blocked my account without any notifications. 5 my websites was blocked and don't worked during compliance procedure. They did not send me a notification before the account suspending, although nothing prevented they from doing this. Tilda is not a good choice for production websites because they can block it any time.

Hello Rodion, The reason for blocking your account on Tilda was a dispute opened by JSC CB Privat bank over the suspicious transaction that had been done on the card for purchasing Tilda subscription on March. To resolve the dispute with the bank, money was refunded and the account was temporarily suspended for further details. After the appealing to Tilda your account was unlocked and for now on is available and operates in a regular way. We recommend you to contact to Privat Bank and obtain the transaction details. We are ready to assist you and provide all the necessary information. Support team sent a reply to your request within 40 minutes. The answer from the support specialist was completely full and correct. The reason for suspension was indicated along with the current status of the issue and additional information about the possible ways to solve the problem with your bank. Great visual builder with slow support

I’m still in the process of building my website on Tilda, so my experience is limited. So far, the platform gives a good impression in terms of design capabilities and layout flexibility. However, the lack of fast customer support and more detailed instructions makes it harder to move forward quickly. A quicker way to reach out to the support team would make a big difference.

Pros:

Tilda Publishing offers a beautiful, modern visual editor and a variety of ready-made templates that let you create a website without coding knowledge. The interface is intuitive, especially for users who want to build and customize their site on their own. It's great that you can upload custom fonts, manage responsiveness, and optimize for SEO. Integration with external services is also well thought out, allowing smooth connection with tools like payment systems, email marketing platforms, or analytics.

Cons:

The support team takes a long time to respond, and there is no option to call them like on some other platforms. Sometimes it’s hard to figure things out, and the documentation doesn't always provide answers to my specific questions. This can slow down the process for beginners.

Great Service - Simple, Professional, Just Works.

Very good - the service works, it is easy to use, and support has been amazing when needed (which has been rare). Overall very pleased with Tilda and recommend clean alternative to Wordpress or Wix.

Simplicity - nice professional and clean layout templates - the ability to build your own blocks quickly for custom layouts when needed. Support has been amazing on the rare occasions I have needed it. As a small business with a few products Tilda is a great fit for managing a few websites with ease.

Cons:

Some pre-build template sections are very close to what I am looking for - but missing some controls that you wish were there. So you end up building your own block (which takes time). The CRM functionality is not really "CRM" - small business need more than what they provide - best to not call it CRM ... more like a "list capture" of contacts that can be moved around to other systems.

My Experience with Tilda: Creative Freedom Without Limits

Using Tilda is an experience that completely exceeds my expectations. With its tools and support, I feel empowered and inspired in every project. I honestly wish more people would discover what an amazing tool Tilda is for web design!

It's hard to pick what I like the most—I love everything! At the top of my list is the excellent user experience—its clarity, intuitiveness, and ease of navigation. Then, there's the truly vast selection of templates that could surprise even the most demanding users. Using Tilda’s templates doesn’t require advanced computer literacy, and needless to say, no coding knowledge is needed at all. Zero Block gives me complete design freedom, while the pre-made blocks are perfect for quickly assembling pages without compromising quality. I feel like I have full control over every detail without having to worry about technical obstacles. It allows me to focus entirely on what I love—design and aesthetics. Simply following Tilda’s YouTube channel is enough to master web design skills through its excellent tutorials. For any doubts or uncertainties, the Tilda Support Team responds in the shortest time possible—very often in less than two hours, which I find outstanding. On top of that, they are incredibly kind, clear, and precise in their help and advice. Saying that I’m thrilled with Tilda would be an understatement!

Cons:

Since I've been using Tilda for a year now, I believe I have the credibility to say that I simply can't name anything that doesn't work for me or that I don't like. Everything is purposeful, well-thought-out, and helpful. I would perhaps like to see more tutorials on more complex animations in Zero Block, but I believe that’s already in the works… :)

I have grown to appreciate Tilda, which I was unfamiliar with when my employer assigned me to the web manager position. It has allowed me to meet my organization's needs their library of a with wide variety of fairly simple-to-navigate templates, as well as the flexibility of Zero Block, which I will work on learning.

Once you work with it for a while, it becomes quite intuitive and fun. It was a quick learning curve! When I have had challenges, the help desk have been fantastic! On mulitple occasions, the team@tilda have cheerfully come to my rescue and on all but one occasion, have offered me a simple and straightforward solution! Shout out to [sensitive content hidden]!

Cons:

There are features that certain blocks offer that are unavialable in other blocks. Also, sometimes the photo editing option doesn't help no matter how I crop or resize an image; in creating a staff page, I have had one person's image that publishes beautifully, and another that doesn't. I compare the size of the good image and duplicate the parameters for the second, and still no success, even after referencing Tilda's photo guidelines. I would also like to be able to link my company's Instagram account to access images from Instagram for our website. I understand, based on screen shots I was able to share with the help desk, this used to be an option.

An overall happy user

Tilda is great for beginners like me who need a simple solution and a place to make a home page that does not take ages to make. It is usually very easily manageable and a good solution for smaller businesses!

Pros:

Tilda is quite easy to use and I do not need to think too much about programming, domains etc. It has until now been easy to write captions, do designs and make changes.

Cons:

I just edited the website for the first time in years and now I need to make some extra changes in domains area. This is a bit uncomfortable for me since it takes extra time and effort and is not such an easy solution to solve. I would have loved a bit more help from Tilda on this case.
