About Mayors Court

Mayors Court is a court records management software that helps users track cases, dispositions, payments, probation and court appearances. It includes the ability for complex disbursals of court costs, fines, and fees. The tool offers electronic reporting to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Mayors Court can add Ohio license forfeitures, suspensions, registration blocks, and warrant blocks. Users can add and track warrants, bail bond management and more. It assists with on-resident violator tracking, online docketing and payment integration, integration with multiple police records management software, standard reports, collection agency integration and billing module.

Mayors Court offers probation tracking feature, including jail time, remedial classes and community service. It provides Microsoft Word interface for creating custom letter templates. The tool helps track miscellaneous payments and disbursements. It enables daily reminder notifications and scheduling.

Best All Around Court Software Program

I find the Mayor's Court program to be very detailed, up to date and extremely reliable with its compatibility with the Ohio BMV.

Pros:

I feel like it has simplified over the years and become more user friendly. The customer service that comes with using this program is outstanding.

Cons:

I really don't find any issues that get in the way of my day to day work. Updates are usually done quickly and with out any down time.

Excellent - Great Customer Service

Questions & concerns addressed in a timely (usually immediate) manner. Software meets and exceeds the needs of our Mayor's Court and is very easy to use. Baldwin is always interested in hearing suggestions from users to improve their software and to make our jobs easier.
