Program for it all

I have been working with SiteBook over the past few years, the program is constantly developing. I find SiteBook has an accurate understanding of building, scheduling and safety which is relevant for the Australia something alternate programs have lacked.

Pros:
The support team at SiteBook are efficient in responding and quickly actioning improvement requests. The platform is user friendly, allowing the team to navigate and use it with minimal support. SiteBook offers a wide range of functions that integrate seamlessly across the business, including safety management, diary notes, scheduling, estimating, photos, inspection checklists, and document access. Having all of this in one place makes it easy for the team to find the information they need efficiently.
Cons:
Multi job scheduling has been a challenge, ideally we will be able to forecast out of the program but without this data it is not possible, as of yet. SiteBook are working on a new features to allow this.

Buildertrend could not manage our safety and orders for the estimating team. Sitebook is also Australian based meaning they have a better understanding of the business and requirements.

GMF Contractors Sitebook Review

We have had a great experience with Sitebook. It has been an effective app to record our jobs, staff, subcontractors, insurances, prestarts, machine faults, staff clock ins/outs, and more. The staff have been great to deal with and promptly assist with any issues we are having. We are still working through changes to make it more and more suitable to our needs - but have found the flexibility in app change requests to be extremely valuable.

A few things I have found as standouts: - Able to adapt to our companies needs - Ability to record and notify staff of faults/actions - Communicative and helpful staff - Apps ease of use
Cons:
Not sure what to say here. As with anything, there are always improvements that can be made. We have found issues with auto site attendance - it does not consistantly work and would be helpful for us if it did.

My experience has been very efficient to date. Using it everyday and rarely having a problem and when that rare moment occurs, the team at sitebook are able to find the fix immediately or bookmark the issue for a more in-depth change to the program.

The efficiency with the program within Estimating and on site management is above and beyond. As well as the unique nature of the program ever-evolving.
Cons:
The storage side of things could be better. For example, I'm unsure if the program archives/stores the superseded/revised documents within job document folders.

Highly recommend to any building looking for a reliable and user friendly safety management system with all the extra's

As a construction company, Sitebook has completely streamlined how we manage safety on-site. It's easy to use, keeps everything in one place and makes compliance straightforward. I am still finding areas I am tweaking it's so user friendly for me to explore on my own if needed. The ability to complete checklists, instructions via phone as well as track site safety, incidents and SWMS all in real time gives us peace if mind & no more chasing paperwork.

How simple and user friendly it is for our team and sucontractors. The new features constantly coming up or aspects being updated is amazing. The one on one support that you get each and every time from highly qualified team that understand what you need.
Cons:
I don't have a least liked that I can think of. Any bad experiences or least liked are very quickly sorted out by [sensitive content hidden] and the team. Nothing has ever been an issue for too long.

The fact that they want to continue to develop the program with builders needs at the forefront. the BOQ function is great but is getting better week by week and the moving of packages into this will only strengthen it
Cons:
Some of the samller issues like inactive contacts still showing in the contact lists for call ups etc. i feel the builders should be able to control the contacts from their end for contacts and only have the changes made apply to the builders sitebook and not others.

An Essential Tool for Streamlined Project Management

Sitebook has been a great tool for managing our projects more efficiently. The finance functions make reconciling jobs simple and accurate, helping us keep track of variations and PC sums with ease. Having invoices available at the click of a button saves a lot of time, and the system keeps improving with every update. I’m especially looking forward to using the client portal and estimating tools, which will make communication and cost tracking even smoother. Overall, Sitebook continues to get better and has become an essential part of our workflow.

Sitebook - Value for money and a must have business value add

Our overall experience with Sitebook has been fantastic and we are very excited to watch and participate as the App continues to be developed. The system is not just value for money, but a must have business value add that is highly professional, offers compliance with ISO obligations and removes the traditional requirement for endless hours spent on paperwork.

Satintouch has utilised Sitebook for approximately 7 years and its function as both a PC and Phone App complements the mobile nature of our business model. As a subcontractor to Government and Tier 1 companies, safety and quality are paramount. Being able to log information and images; generate a variety of reports/ records and circulate this documentation instantly to clients, has simplified a process that can be onerous on small businesses, whilst ensuring we meet our obligations in a highly professional and proficient manner. This is really just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the range of functions Sitebook has to offer.
Cons:
There is simply nothing I can pinpoint as a 'dislike'. Sitebook engages with their clients in a consultative and personalised fashion and are always able to support needs and additional requirements through customised developments, existing add-ons or through 1:1 training sessions for users and administrators.

The user interface is easy to operate and make adjustments when required. It is also a fantastic tool for use on site with our trades.
Cons:
None really, if there are any issues the helpline is always there. Sometimes the trades have created multiple log ins but this is easily rectified.

Sitebook is a fantastic full project management system for the construction industry. It incorporates many features that we were using a number of different programs to do. We have been able to now use Sitebook as our main program and stop a number of other subscriptions.
Cons:
Sitebook does require training to get the full benefits from the program. Like any new program to a business, the more you use it the more benefits you will get and most importantly save time in the long run.
