Six years in, the best compliment I can give Traxxall is that it quietly disappears into our day—stable, accurate, and predictable. Audits are orderly, record pulls are clean, and when we move an aircraft off CAMP (or any other tracker) the handoff is easy: their integration team pulls the history, reconciles back-to-birth, flags gaps, works with shops/OEMs, and we review; they load; we go live with clean forecasts. That’s why the old “it has to be in CAMP” line doesn’t carry weight for us—what matters is accuracy, support, and real-time compliance, and on those fronts Traxxall has been the better fit. When we need a human, Tier-1 tech support solves issues during our business hours. The net result is fewer last-minute scrambles, smoother planning cycles, and a calmer operation. It’s a system we don’t have to babysit, and that’s worth a lot.

Traxxall's improved our ability to track maintenance on our aircraft, ensure regulatory compliance and protect the residual values of our aircraft. And it did so more affordably than the well-known competitive system we were using beforehand. The system interface is pretty intuitive and easy-to-use. It's built-in automation features saved our operations a lot of time. From my perspective, the best features are: - Customizable screens & reports; - Automation of previously manual tasks to save time and improves data accuracy; - Cloud-based plus Android and iOS apps. Plus, just as importantly, we were supported right from the start by an experienced aviation analyst. A Holding Area that acts as a convenient digital in-tray where clients control the revisions on their aircraft.

Overall this is hands down the best system and service in the industry. I've used them all and having a dedicated analyst who is always available and knows Falcons is great. I will recommend to anyone looking for a better system.
