Pros:

I really appreciate how easy we were able to transition from our previous collection process to using openedge. This platform integrates seemlessly with Chirotouch and has made end of day balancing a breeze.

Cons:

The way that refunds and voids appear on the end of day transaction report in Chirotouch.
