    This software is so user friendly. The setup/startup is incredibly well considered and well designed, it is almost impossible to fail. For those who prefer it, it is an advantage that HGR doesnt mingle with the Item description or Item Specifics once you import the product to your sales channel.
    Cons:
    The fact that you cant change the item description or the item specifics after import is a problem for me, as well as the high price!

    It simply stream lines everything and does all the boarding organisational tasks for you. Which means less screen time, I don’t even use all the services offered and I feel it’s a no brainier piece of software. Customer service is on point as well, thats a big deal for me.
    Cons:
    More suppliers would be nice, but saying that you can request for new ones to be added so it’s not a big con.
