    For the price, Awardify delivered on the most important needs for our awards competition, including automation for submissions, judge sign-ups, scoring, and winner determination. When we needed support or something extra, [sensitive content hidden] were highly, highly responsive and accommodating. We were incredibly impressed.
    Cons:
    The interface/UX could use improvement, and it didn't allow us to award a first, second, and third — only first.

    Pretty meh, it'll do the job I guess.

    This is my second year using the software, and I've made recommendations to ease the flow and use of the software, but nothing has changed. They just told me today that there is no work around the 'approvals' I need to do, I have over 200 entries that I need to go into one-by-one and select approve on... It's adding unnecessary hours of work. The menus on the dashboard are also a mess, and unintuitive. They list a whole page of supposed 5 star reviews on their website, but I wanted to make sure folks knew they're a bit of a mess to work with.

    I like that it's canadian-based, and it's fairly easy to reach the staff. The landing page looks good.
    Cons:
    Unintuitive navigation, poor stop-checks, difficult to navigate through the nomination-submission-judging process.

    As a Judge it was simple to navigate and easy to use. I loved the communication feature built in that allowed for feedback and comments to both the admin team & nominees.

    The platform is very user friendly from an administrator, judge and applicant. I enjoy that it is customizable. The tech support and assistance has been very valuable and greatly appreciated right from the start.
    Cons:
    Sometimes it is a bit tricky adding logos to certain pages. I would also recommend when making edits to the to either have the info automatically saved or move the SAVE button to the top of the page.

    Awardify customer support was vey helpful and the training calls were extremely helpful! The platform is easy to use and user friendly both for our internal team and our nominees.
    Cons:
    Awardify did everything we needed it to do, but I know that if we scaled our programs, we may want a more robust platform to include automation and document repositories.

    It was very easy to nominate businesses, fill out the forms and then of course, judge. It was great.

    There was a learning curve to where stuff is located and what everything is called that I still have to review but you'll get there!

    We've had a really positive experience with the Awardify platform! We switched from a complicated and frustrating platform to this incredibly user-friendly and likeable software. It's easy to train our staff on it, it's easy to update year after year, and their customer service is responsive and very friendly.
