Zazoon besticht durch seine einfache Handhabung, die es uns ermöglicht, Flows genau nach unseren Vorstellungen zu gestalten. Die Schulung neuer Benutzer gestaltet sich problemlos und einige konnten sogar ohne vorherige Einführung mit der Software starten, dank ihrer intuitiven Bedienung. Diese Benutzerfreundlichkeit hat es unserem Team erleichtert, die gesamte Organisation in den Prozess einzubeziehen.

Cons:

Die Gestaltung der Dashboards könnte aus meiner Sicht noch Optimierungspotenzial bieten, allerdings ist dies sicherlich auch Geschmackssache.
