Imagine having a quiet, organized space where you can keep all your links, notes, and media. It gets even better with AI helpers that remember what you like, suggest cool stuff, and give you a hand while you're online. My mind is finally at ease once more! :)

Pros:

I first discovered Stacks through Appsumo and have been a satisfied user for nearly a year. The recent AI feature has significantly streamlined the setup of my AI models, including ChatGPT. The automatic tagging function has truly transformed my experience.

Cons:

The only slight drawback is that it takes a bit of time to fully grasp how everything operates. There are numerous features to configure, but that’s ultimately a positive aspect! :) I switched from Pocket, which is shutting down, and I'm hopeful that Stacks will remain available.

Game-changing for Team Knowledge Management & PKM

10/10 this is almost exactly what I've been wanting for years, AI integrated Team knowledge management that resurfaces content whilst browsing. Super alternative to creating shared folders of resources that are never visited or reviewed.

Pros:

They seem to have thought about every useful feature possible (much more stack than the alternatives I have tried. Auto-tagging and resurfacing relevant (previously saved) content whilst browsing is the key functionality that sets it apart from traditional bookmarking. The built in Team plan is going to be crazy helpful for research - Unlimited Usrs and 500 GB Plus the ability to import all my bookmarks from socials (twitter, LinkedIn etc), connect & sync Notion, Google Drive etc with a unified document search across all sources.

Cons:

Needs some polish, a few bugs here and there but nothing that gets in the way of using it.

Pocket alternative for getting my digital life organized

Overall, I'm happy with Stacks. Like I said, after the Pocket news, finding a good alternative was a big deal for me, and Stacks has been great. It's helped me get my digital research and all the stuff I save way more organized. It’s become a regular tool for my personal knowledge stuff.

So, when Pocket announced they were shutting down, I was pretty worried about finding something new. I needed a tool for actual personal knowledge managemen. Not just a place to dump bookmarks. Stacks has been a really pleasant surprise. It’s great for organizing all the links, notes, and ideas I collect every day. I also really appreciate that they actually listen to what users say. That big UI update they did recently is so much better and shows they care. It feels like they're genuinely building it for us.

Cons:

Honestly, it's hard to find much to complain about because it just works well for what I need. I guess if I had to say something, it’s that it's still a growing product. So some features are miossing. improvements are always coming, and I’m looking forward to seeing what they add next.

Easy to manage bookmarks and etc.

Nice! Easy to use. Please keep updating and service running as long as possible. I cannot keep bookmarks without Stacks now.

We can really easily manage collections, they keep updating the system, so we can keep requesting features what we need.

Cons:

Not so many now, but if I had to say..., for tags, I'd like to keep words without case-sensitive, so it's nice if I can merge all the duplicated tags into one by one click.

I find this product simple and convenient to use, although it has some shortcomings, they do not overshadow its merits. If the AI service could support OpenRouter and more providers, I think it would be even better.

Using Stack makes it easy for me to quickly gather information I want while browsing the web, without spending time categorizing it like with bookmarks. The built-in AI categorization feature makes this product even more convenient to use.

Cons:

Although the product supports AI categorization features, users are somewhat troubled because it only supports vendors like OpenAI and Anthropic.

Chrome extension and ability to organise all my tabs with a couple of clicks. This has saved a lot of time for me. The team is very responsive with the issues.

Cons:

There are few bugs, so the usage is limited to links at the moment for me. There is a bit of learning curve as you get exposed to a lot of things.

Early Adopter- What will AI tab managing bring?

I was using their old platform for some time and found it useful. I haven't used the new one as much since there were quite a few bugs initially. But do plan to give it another shot now that there are new features and bug fixes since I last used it regularly.

Pros:

I have WAY too many bookmarks and even with a filing system as complete as a Windows machine it can be difficult to find them. Plus, switching browsers, privacy concerns on public ones, etc. it's much easier to have them all in a private account not linked to anything else.

Cons:

The UI/UX is a bit confusing. Some of the features don't always seem to work properly, but I'm not sure if that's due to not using Chrome or something else. I do have a lot of extensions and sometimes they conflict.
