The tool helps our influencer marketing team predict performance and ROI—something rare yet crucial in today's landscape. Operating in the demanding luxury sector, we value the ability to deeply understand our top influencers—their impact on our brand image, performance metrics like engagement and lead generation, and overall ROI. Thanks to the insights and rankings provided by Stellar, we can finally optimize our campaigns with confidence. We’re also big fans of the Social Listening and Competitor Benchmarking features, which enable us to monitor what people say about our brand and industry, as well as analyze competitors' influencer collaborations and content strategies.

Cons:

The Project module could benefit from greater sophistication. We’d love the ability to create stunning visual websites, such as microsites, tailored for the influencers we activate.

Reasons for switching to Stellar

It was not good for ROI prediction and a bit expensive. Additionally, their Customer support was not amazing and mainly speak French.

Amazing platform for your social campaigns

We are super happy to use Stellar to get insights about profiles, but also to track content accurately on multiple platforms. If something isn't working, or we'd like to work on another way, Stellar is always open to discuss this and adjust it to your liking.

Retreiving content (also stories) till 1 month back in time. Good, fast and personal communication

Cons:

Would be amazing if we could personalize the reportings a bit more (colors). But also to get an estimated average of the profiles reach per post/reel/tiktok and a more accurate and more recent average engagement rate .

It's easy to use and offers everything you need for influencer campaigns. What I like most is monitoring Insta stories and the possibility to download the content (even months later!)

Cons:

Searching for specific influencers in a small country, such as the Netherlands, can be a challenge, since there are not lots of them in the database.

At first, we were doubtful Stellar would be efficient with influencers from Quebec/Canada but it turns out it's super efficient. Stellar is also user friendly and the report module is also super.

The discovery module is not as efficient as we thought it would be.

Actual game-changer for our influencer campaigns

After struggling with spreadsheets and multiple tools to manage our influencer marketing, Stellar has been a breath of fresh air. What really stands out is how they've managed to combine all the essential features (discovery, analytics, campaign management) into a platform that actually makes sense. The real-time data and analytics have helped us make much better decisions about our partnerships, and we've seen a significant improvement in our campaign ROI since switching.

The discovery tool has been incredibly precise in our experience – it's helped us find perfect-fit micro-influencers we would have completely missed otherwise. One of the best features is how the platform automatically tracks and saves content and stories(saved us countless hours of manual screenshots!). The sentiment analysis feature gives great insights into how audiences really feel about our campaigns. The interface itself is super intuitive – took our team maybe a day to get comfortable with everything. Plus, the (super friendly!!) support team helps with onboarding on day 1. The campaign forecasting tool has also proven to be remarkably accurate with performance predictions, which makes planning much more reliable.

Cons:

The CRM features could be expanded to provide more options for managing influencer relationships – though the current functionalities cover the basics well.

Really easy to use and provides the data we really need. We constantly look for local influencers with local audiences for our flat rentals tailored to specific buyer persona (students, professionals) and Stellar gives us fine, relevant informations about influencers profiles and their audiences: demographics, gender and so on. I also like the fact that it is module-based so we don't have to pay for features we don't need.

Cons:

The sentiment analysis helping us listen to comments and sentiments of audience during the campaign is a paying add-on. I wish it would have been included in the Report module.

What I love most about our role as an agency coordinating influencer campaigns is that I can get an overview of the various content creators and influencers. I have easy access to statistics and can retrieve the content created for a client, even if the stories are no longer public.

Cons:

For Canadians, some features are less effective. Additionally, we occasionally experience some technical bugs, but the Stellar team is always available to help us resolve them.
