Pros:

Reliability, no crash for the past 3 years. Visual monitoring very helpfull for support team. Great user experience with the Kapptivate team

Cons:

Need to be a developper to build new monitoring scenario. No versioning but I know it is coming soon.

Avant, il nous arrivait parfois d'être informé des dysfonctionnements par nos clients. Mais désormais avec la solution Kapptivate nous sommes alertés en temps réel en cas de dysfonctionnement sur nos codes USSD et nos applications, ce qui nous permet de prendre avec actions rapides pour améliorer l'expérience client

Cons:

La configuration des uses cases des tests UAT semble un peu compliquée

Orange Innovation (tests automatisés et monitoring d'Orange Money)

Kapptivate nous accompagne au plus près depuis 10 ans dans l'évolution et le suivi opérationnel du service Orange Money dans près de 15 pays (majoritairement en Afrique). L'articulation entre la solution de Testing et de Monitoring (dans une même interface) est très intelligente, ergonomique, et a été la raison de sa rapide prise en main par plusieurs centaines d'utilisateurs au fil des années...

La double-grande efficacité de la solution sur plusieurs canaux (USSD, smartphones, web API), car sur les 2 volets: le testing automatisé et la supervision active. En 3ème qualité (après KapptiTesting et Monitoring), la qualité de la solution de no-Code KapptiBuild (qui a réussi à couvrir le besoin en services digitaux locaux d'une dizaine de pays Orange Money)

Cons:

Pas d'inconvénients, si ce n'est qu'un support soutenu côté client/intégrateur (ici, nous côté Orange Innovation & filiales pays Orange Money) est recommandé pour bénéficier pleinement des bénéfices qu'offrent les solutions Kapptivate (Testing, Monitoring, la solution No-Code KapptiBuild)
