Intelitour Always Help me

My overall experience has been good; I have no complaints. The system helps us a lot with all our purposes so we can help our clients.

Pros:

I like it because I can create many itineraries at once and send them to our clients, giving them a lot of options.

Cons:

So far the system has worked very well. Perhaps the thing I like least is that I'm always finding new things to learn, although that also makes it interesting.

It's a great tool we've been given to facilitate the work of each and every Pacific Trade Winds employee in every department of this company,

Cons:

You cannot make a change to another activity with the same provider, we must enter a new item.but it has made the work of every single contributor to Pacific Trade Winds in every department of this company easier.

Great tool, highly recommend

Personally, I had never used it before and I think it greatly facilitates the work to optimize time in itinerary planning.

Pros:

I especially appreciate that the warnings consistently prevent potential errors in my itineraries. This ensures that every addition is thoroughly checked

Cons:

Perhaps it should be linked to saving a history of emails that have been sent to the client as support for each Follow-up performed. What I do believe is that it should keep a history of each user who edits or enters any changes, not just the last one who enters and edits. That they have an audit item

What I liked most is that everything was well-organized, and the booking process is easy, fast, and includes multiple tools that are helpful for planning

Cons:

What I liked least is that while there are some warnings, the system still allows you to proceed with certain modifications or reservations. I believe that if a warning appears, the system should not allow you to proceed or submit the reservation until the issue is resolved. Additionally, having a more detailed analysis or warning about flight details would be helpful. For example, if a flight is too early, the system could send a warning explaining the drive time and noting that the room may not be ready. Similarly, if a flight is late, it would be helpful to explain the drive time so the client is informed, especially when they are driving and need to plan their own time to leave for the airport.

Pros:

I like that there is easy access to certain things, like providers information , notes, , etc.. , that items can be viewed easily, and that the payment links are integrated into the system

Cons:

Maybe what I like the least is that every time we create a sample, and if the sample involves different clients who are paying separately, we have to go into the pricing, manually add up the amounts, and then go to Intinerary Info to manually enter the prices per couple.

User-Friendly System with Proactive Error Prevention

My overall experience with Intelitour has been positive. The system is user-friendly and provides helpful warnings when necessary, which minimizes the risk of errors. It has streamlined our processes and made managing tours and reservations more efficient. While there are always areas for improvement, it has been a valuable tool for our operations.

Pros:

The system is user-friendly and provides warnings when necessary, reducing the likelihood of errors.

Cons:

While Intelitour has many great features, one aspect I find less favorable is that when a client books and future changes are needed, the system doesn't save a copy of the reserved itinerary. Once the client has paid, it's not possible to make iterations, so any changes require recreating the itinerary from scratch. However, overall, it has been a valuable tool for our needs, significantly speeding up the confirmation process.

Cons:

It would be great if some aspects related to existing payments could be adjusted or simplified and if some improvements could be made to make this part a bit more user-friendly. However, it does not critically or negatively affect the experience; it could enhance it even more.
