A flexible and powerful tool for school administration

Pros:

Eduka Suite provides us with a high degree of customization, which allowed us to adapt it to local administrative requirements in Angola. The platform’s adaptability, particularly with financial the module and reporting functionalities, has been instrumental in streamlining our workflows.

Cons:

The initial configuration required careful planning to align with our specific administrative needs. However, Eduka’s support team was hands-on and helped us set everything up smoothly.

Reasons for choosing Eduka Suite

We didn't see enough customization possibilities versus Eduka.

Reasons for switching to Eduka Suite

We migrated from Factos which wasn’t a good fit anymore given the lack of customization and clunkiness of the application.

Initial setup can be complex, as it involves configuring various modules to align with our specific requirements. However, the Eduka team provided substantial support throughout the process, which made it manageable.

Reasons for switching to Eduka Suite

We switched from a different school management system (Engage by Double First) that did not offer the flexibility Eduka Suite provides.
