Game-changer for our sales team - finally, actionable insights we can actually use

If you're evaluating sales intelligence tools, definitely give RepEdge.ai a try. The 10-day free trial is generous and you'll see value immediately (thats what we did) A few tips: - Start with the personalized coaching features,that's where you'll see the biggest impact on rep performance - Use the win probability scores to prioritize your pipeline. We focus our efforts on deals with 60%+ win probability and it's made a huge difference - Set up the CRM integration early. It saves so much time - Check the manager dashboard weekly to spot trends and coaching opportunities The pricing is really fair compared to alternatives like Gong or Chorus. At $65/user/month (annual), it's about half the cost but gives us everything we need. The unlimited call analysis is also great, no worrying about per-call fees.

Pros:
RepEdge.ai has completely transformed how we coach our sales team. The personalized coaching feedback on every call is incredible..it's not just generic tips, but specific feedback tied to exact moments in the transcript. Our reps actually read it because it's actionable. The win probability scoring has been a game-changer. We've seen our close rates improve significantly since we started using it to prioritize deals. The AI is surprisingly accurate at predicting which deals will close. The manager dashboard is exactly what I needed. I can see at a glance which reps need coaching, what objections are coming up most frequently, and where deals are getting stuck in our pipeline. The conversion rate by stage analysis helped us identify that we were losing too many deals in the "Solution Validation" stage..something we never would have caught without this visibility. The CRM integration with Salesforce is seamless. All our call insights automatically sync, which saves hours of manual data entry. The Account AI chatbot is also really useful..I can ask it questions about any account and get insights across all their calls.
Cons:
ot much. The only minor thing is that I wish there were more CRM integrations (they have Salesforce and HubSpot, but we have some teams using other CRMs). That said, the team has been responsive when I've asked about roadmap items. The interface is clean and intuitive, but there's a learning curve for some of the more advanced features. Once you get the hang of it though, it's really powerful.
