Pros:

The features are great, the setup is relatively simple, and thus, the set up is fast. Under one transparent license, everything is available on one platform. Small and mid-size businesses and organizations will find this software to be the perfect all-in-one solution. Hosting and updating are very smooth and very high availability.

Cons:

There are sometimes lags in the apps on 500apps because they update so regularly. Apart from that I haven't faced any issue.

Pros:

I haven't tested all the solutions on the market, but I think 500apps' cloud version is well worth the price of... just $14.99! A robust user interface with amazing features makes it a worthwhile place to start for your sales efforts. Managing contacts and leads is great, and dealing with deals is intuitive and effective as well.

Cons:

In the beginning, it can be difficult to understand the platform, so it would be nice to have more tutorials or FAQ's/documentation on the app usage and functionality.

Pros:

The system allows for easy lead import (as CSV file) and easy lead generation, including integration with Schedule.cc, Support.cc, and ConvertPath, as well as a funnel builder under the CRM.io tab. Therefore, no additional software is required.

Cons:

There are some improvements that can be made to the form templates. The software does not include a free version like HubSpot and other competitors. Besides that, it is easy to use and affordable.

The tool is extremely powerful for CRM, marketing, sales, and HR apps. The extensive app marketplace allows it to integrate with a number of platforms, including Mailchimp, HubSpot CRM, and Stripe. Also, it's extremely easy to use, giving me a clear overview of our leads and clients, letting me store quotes, files, emails, and basically everything about my leads and clients. A great advantage of 500apps is that I can access all apps for one value price.

Cons:

When it comes to various software we use, 500apps takes a little longer to introduce and adapt, but once it's customized to your needs, it becomes easier and easier to use.

This software has clean and clear user interface, outstanding support, and the ability to create strong customer relationship management and automate our business processes effeciently. There is a decent amount of flexibility in scaling up has saved us enormus amount of time and financial resources. The service also offers a trial period for all apps. What I like most about the suite is that all the apps are integrated, making it easier to complete my tasks quickly.

Cons:

In my usage, I didn't find any flaws As a whole, 500apps has been excellent and is a good upgrade from our previous system.

Pros:

It integrates easily with a wide range of other products. Additionally, it can be used across multiple teams/departments so leads can be passed around effectively. Creating pipelines for new and existing deals was easy to integrate and migrate current data. Our technical issues are usually resolved by customer support, which is helpful. Our business's illiterate users find it easy to use thanks to the user-friendly interface.

Cons:

It can be a little laggy from time to time. However, other than that, the updates have been amazing

Pros:

After signing up for a 500apps subscription, I have access to dozens of applications, including VoxDesk, CRM.io, Projectsly, BPMApp, and Forms.io, just to name a few. Rather than paying separately for each software, I can paid a single price with single sign-on and have access to all of them.

Cons:

It is admirable that the product offers so many features, but each one seems to be lacking in comparison to the offerings of other competitors.

Pros: It's been almost a month using 500apps.So honest thoughts on 500appsThe onboarding process was very smooth and simple, all thanks to PhilUsing 500apps, I can do everything from hosting an online meeting to conducting an online marketing campaign to managing client relationships and surveys. It really has everything in one place!There are a few requirements to be added, which are already in their Product team, and I am sure will be selected and implemented soon.Rest 500apps is the go-to tool for almost every marketing activity.

Pros: This software offered many features that could be used by any organization. It addressed every need an organization may have. A wide range of management functions is available, from human resource management to product management to time management to knowledge management and client management. With 500apps, you get everything in one place. An all-in-one tool.

Cons:

Cons: I haven't found anything to dislike about their service so far. Throughout the platform, everything works well. But it is inevitable that 500apps overlap from time to time since the platform is constantly evolving.
