Pros:

CAREweb has had a powerful impact on our business since we purchased and implemented it a few years back. We were able to integrate it into our daily operations with ease. The technical support we received was excellent.

Cons:

We would prefer if we can choose the color of the interface to make it go with our brand guidelines.
