More orderly teamwork

I have a controlled follow-up of each project to see its changes, its status and what needs to be completed, in addition to planning events and still keeping track of how it progresses

Pros:

I started using the free trial to verify that its functions were what we were looking for, after the 14-day trial we realized that it is a great software to work together as a team and we started the paid version, which is much better because It has more useful functions that help us to have our work more organized, in a matter of tasks we can all be connected for a better collaboration among all and keep up to date with the delivery of each task.

Without a doubt there is nothing that I dislike, everything has been perfect of good use

Powerful and userfriendly project tool

I've been using plaky for project management regarding my personnal life. I've created custom tables to handle my tasks under the statuses to do, in progress, and done, but most importantly I was able to link custom attributes to the tasks. This system has been very efficient and reliant at keeping me on track. It really empowered me

Excellent but needs to be polished

how EASY it is to configure and use to coordinate multiple projects! I have been a former paid client of asana, notion and trello and i can say that it is by far my favorite tool ever. Plaky keeps it simple and has everything you need to manage tasks and projects for multiple members and clients in my small business

Cons:

there isn't much not to like about plaky to be honest. it could be nice perhaps to keep the uploaded files/photos inside the notes of each tasks and not in a separate tab. thats the only suggestion, but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Plaky is the right tool

It's great. I used Jira, ClickUp, and Assana in the past, but they all had something I did not like, hard to use. ClickUp was a bit better, but they required me to buy a subscription for what I needed so I started to look for alternatives and I found Plaky. Plaky is the best project management tool and task organizer for multiple projects that help me to stay organized and, as a result, to deliver quality work.

How easy is it to maintain tasks, and organize everything using templates. The custom fields are a great future!

Cons:

It will not allow me to choose custom colors for groups or different options in custom fields

They had something that made me search all the time for something else as they seemed not to be the right tool for me
