Pros:

Feature-rich, yet the only tool with a clear and easy to use interface. Since we use it with developers and non-technical teams (product, QA...) the interface was an important criteria for us. Plus the pricing is really competitive.

Cons:

Role-based access was not available when we started, but it is now so we are pretty happy.
