About Zoho Workerly

Zoho Workerly is an employee scheduling solution that helps staffing agencies filter and assign jobs to temporary employees based on client requirements, skill sets and professional experience. It enables administrators to create, copy, clone and send timesheets to workers with details, such as worker name, total working hours, job details and time logs.

Zoho Workerly's scheduling calendar allows staffing agents to view and organize temporary workers, clients and jobs on a centralized platform. Recruiters can generate, store and send invoices to candidates upon job completion and track payment processing status. Additionally, the temp portal lets end-users view, accept or decline jobs assigned to them.

Zoho Workerly comes with an API, which enables businesses to integrate with several internal and third-party solutions. It also provides iOS and Android mobile applications, allowing employees to manage operations remotely. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, documentation, email, video tutorials and live chat.

Pros:

What I liked most about Zoho Workerly was how seamlessly it streamlined the temporary staffing workflow from start to finish. The platform made it easy to manage worker profiles, job assignments, scheduling, and timesheets all in one place, which significantly reduced manual tracking and errors

Cons:

What I liked least about Zoho Workerly was that some features had a learning curve, especially during initial setup. Configuring workflows, permissions, and custom fields required time and careful planning, which could be challenging for new users without prior Zoho experience

Provides an efficient temp staffing service for client projects.

Managing temporary legal aides in peak immigration seasons is chaotic. I use this tool for our job recruitment. It secures our candidate data effectively, though getting the team comfortable with the interface took several weeks.

Successful Employee Monitoring Once You've Over the Learning Curve.

For our small business, Zoho Workerly automated tracking employees and scheduling. My team relations are better as a unit, and I have less time handling paperwork and more time catering to operations.

Zoho Workerly keeps our staff moving smoothly with quality employee management and solid security. Clocking in and out is easy, and staff collaboration features make scheduling less of a hassle.

Cons:

It took some time before everyone was comfortable with the system, and the bug is pesky every now and then. I just wish there were additional resources in order to learn faster as a team.

Shows promise as a useful tool for temp management and compliance

It’s helped increasing our payroll process on short-term contractors. Before, I was dealing with paper logs or Excel sheets from different departments, now it’s centralized and easier to audit, said Mr. MacKenzie. That’s made payroll more accurate, and there haven’t been as many compliance flags to raise internally.

My favorite feature of Zoho Workerly is how it consolidates the scheduling and timesheets of all temporary staff in one place. On the finance side, being able to bring up exact work hours and then plug them directly into payroll is saving me a lot of going back and forth with HR and ops.

Cons:

Some of the permissions are inflexible — I’ve needed the ability to edit time logs during payroll prep, but that requires waiting on admin approvals. Also, if a temp forgets to clock in or out, fixing that manually takes longer than it needs to.

My overall experience with Zoho Workerly has been excellent. It’s a reliable and secure platform that streamlines employee management, time tracking, and payroll preparation. The learning curve was very short, and my team adapted quickly. Support has also been responsive whenever I had questions. It has helped save time, improve productivity, and given me greater visibility into workforce operations.

Pros:

Zoho Workerly makes workforce management incredibly easy and efficient. The clock in/clock out feature is smooth and accurate, helping track employee hours without hassle. The employee scheduling system is very intuitive, and I really like how it reduces manual errors when assigning shifts. The integration with other Zoho apps is also a big plus, making it a complete solution for staffing needs. From a value-for-money perspective, it offers excellent features at a very competitive price.

Cons:

The mobile app could be slightly more responsive when switching between different views, and sometimes reports take a moment to load. However, these are very minor issues compared to the overall benefits.
