Pros:

As both a condominium manager and a resident, I appreciate that Condo Control centralizes almost everything we need into one platform. From a management perspective, the service requests, announcements, amenity bookings, and security logs are all streamlined, which saves a massive amount of time and reduces back-and-forth. The system is stable, the permissions are well thought out, and it integrates cleanly into day-to-day operations. As a resident, it’s convenient to receive updates instantly, book amenities easily, and access documents without having to email management. The mobile app is straightforward, and communication between residents, management, and security is more organized and transparent.

Cons:

The learning curve for new staff or residents can be steeper than expected—there’s a lot of functionality, and it’s not always intuitive on first use. Some modules feel dated and could benefit from UI modernization. A few areas (like reporting and document upload workflows) would be even more powerful with small quality-of-life improvements.

Great app for community sharing

It works well overall for communication in our community. We use the posting of notifications regularly. Their customer service help is usually very swift and professional.

Cons:

Sometimes a little tough to figure out how to do things. Could be streamlined how to add and subtract new board members, edit roles, etc.

Unable to unlink another person's condo unit

Very finicky app and not very intuitive on what each icon is/has. Cannot unlink 2 different condos for some reason even though they show belonging to 2 different names.

App makes it very easy to access booking amenities. Can also see the announcements posted by the condo.

Cons:

Keeps linking 2 condos together, one of them isn't mine and the other is but if I change the other condo's email address it changes it for both condos.

Although no system is perfect, Condo Control provides a solid foundation for managing condominium operations and helps create a more organized and transparent experience for residents and staff.

What I liked most about Condo Control is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The platform keeps everything organized in one place, making tasks like communicating with residents, tracking service requests, and managing documents incredibly efficient. Overall, Condo Control has made day-to-day property management smoother, more streamlined, and far less stressful.

Cons:

What I like least about Condo Control is that some sections feel outdated and require too many clicks to get to simple information. For example, navigating work orders or searching for past requests can be a bit time-consuming because the filters aren’t always intuitive and the layout isn’t as streamlined as it could be.

Nothing much really, just hope that there will be cheque income take report soon so that it can be tracked.

User friendly. Unit files are very clear and easy to edit. Loved the templates in announcements. Welcome emails draft are a catchy.

Cons:

When you have a portfolio, when you send announcements, it doesnt clearly tell if your sending it right for that specific corporation

Great but needs some work!

We are satisfied for now but with yhe automatic updates between condo control and connect nightly, unit information gets updated missing digits.

Looks and functionality of the site. Easy to use platform for the resident's. Easy to reach out for help. Resident postings section is great. Nightly updates help to ensure system functions with most recent information.

Cons:

Being misslead about automatic booking cancellations when we previously asked when shopping around for a new resident platform.

My faviorite feature is the AI assistant in the app, it helps me create announcements and it helps the resident answer questions instead of them calling me

Cons:

They need more hardware integrations, when we use buildinglink we had integration with our downstairs access control.
