Easy Storage Solutions vs Unit Trac: Which is best for you?

I like that I can make changes to my website, pricing, templates, billing, contracts, gates and storage layout pretty much all on my own; yet if I have any issues with figuring something out customer support is great at helping navigate any issue quickly.

the inability to delete or combine unused or accidentally duplicated customers etc.

Whenever, I have a problem, my rep gets right back with me and helps me resolve me. When we started with Unit Trac, our units were going in the hole, now they have been caught up for the most part, reports make easy to keep up with everyone's status.

The reporting and site map aspects are what initially attracted us but the software is very flawed.
