Spacebase vs Yardi Breeze: Which is best for you?

I'm using Spacebase API for past 3 years for our company data needs with respect to cost and lease term and felt very comfortable in terms of using API and the data it provides .

It is sometimes difficult to understand why certain entries are being done through the system and we sometimes have to do manual JVs to correct.

I am pleased with the new Smart AP, it allows us to connect our payables to MRs and keep track of spending and recognize trends in Maintenance and Repair.

Many times, we feel like we know more about the functionality of YardiBreeze than they do. When they take issues "offline" because they can't help us, it takes them days to get back to us, and most often, the problem is not resolved.
