About Kiflo

Kiflo is a partner relationship management solution designed to assist businesses with deal registrations, partner onboarding, lead sharing, reward programs, and more. Administrators can accept or refuse deals according to requirements, view key performance indicators and search for specific partners based on type, stage, program and status.

Kiflo allows businesses to set up access permissions, receive feedback on shared documents and create specific sales goals including generated revenue and the number of declared deals. Partners can add reminders or timelines to deals, organize training sales and marketing contracts, email templates, documents and videos, among other content share resources with team members. Additionally, organizations can track trained, signed on, certified and approached partners from within a unified platform.

Kiflo facilitates integration with several third-party systems such as Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier and more. The product is available on monthly or annual subscriptions and support is extended via a knowledgebase, email and other online measures.

Great product - amazing customer support

I was looking for a way to manage incoming leads of my partners and to effectively communicate on statusses and tasks with them.With Kiflo I found a way to do both. A partner feeds me a lead and is constanlty updated on the progress.

Cons:

Some pages could be better optimized for mobile experience.

Pros:

It has a great UX, it has the best feature to price ratio. It also competes with PRMs that are prices at +$1000 and they have the best team out there.

Cons:

They are a small team but they have great plans on new features but we just have to be patient!

Great experience to boost our channel

Good experience with the software and good feedbacks from our partners. We needed a PRM to boost our sales channel.

Pros:

Easy to use for my partners. I don't need to train them on how to use it. They see a great value having a portal to declare leads, monitor a pipeline business and find marketing materials.

Cons:

The integration with our CRM and maintain the synchronization.

Amazing software

Thanks to Kiflo we have an overview of all our affiliate partners. They can track every transaction they generated directly from their partner portal. With Kiflo, it is effortless to reward my partner. Moreover, the team is outstanding and very reactive.
