Uncharted Territory

We met with the Levanta team in January 2023 and since then they have lived up to the hype. The team is very reactive to relevant suggestions to make the experience better. The customer service has been excellent. The results have been better than expected. The technology works as advertised and we've signed multiple clients to use the platform, each with quick success in ROI. Levanta is the one to watch in 2024.

Pros:

I love that we can finally enhance relationships with traditional affiliates that only drove traffic to Amazon. Those partners saw higher conversion and decided not to work with DTC sites many years ago because they would always make more money through Amazon. Affiliate managers can now interact with them and work on specific campaigns. We can pay them more, they have a longer tracking gap, and we can give them bonuses for sponsored campaigns and extra promotions. This was the missing piece in affiliate program management. The difference we've proven through our case studies is watching a traditional Amazon affiliate promote a product twice in six months compared to an enhanced relationship where they promote the product multiple times per week, thus, increasing sales exponentially.

Cons:

The team would like a bulk invite tool so we can maximize our time and efficiency.

Pros:

The Levanta team has been absolutely amazing to work with! We've successfully onboarded several of our brands to the platform and the whole process was super easy. The platform is also easy to navigate and the team has been super responsive any time we need assistance.

Cons:

I'd love to see some future features that will allow better visibility into how each creator/affiliate is promoting the brand. I'd also love to see some deeper reporting such as MoM and YoY comparisons.

Pros:

I was able to set up on Levanta in less than 10 minutes. It's easy to use their marketplace to connect with influencers, media buyers, and content creators. Great reporting. Improved my organic rank on Amazon, and helped me earn the brand referral bonus.

Cons:

I joined the platform in early beta, but they've since added just about every feature you could need.
