Perfect platform for our ambassadors!

Overall, I've really enjoyed using SocialLadder! It's user friendly on both the administrative side and the user side and we've received great feedback from our ambassadors.

- The ease of creating challenges and approving content - SocialLadder has recently added several new challenges including conversion / milestone related ones that we've seen success with. - My account representative has been wonderful and attentive!

Cons:

- A lack of community communication amongst the ambassadors - The payout process for ambassadors is not ideal. We've experienced several issues with it.

SocialLadder has been a tool that I have used for dozens of Music Festival ambassador programs & I have been able to track millions in earned ticket sales and reward hundreds of dedicated ambassadors with once in an lifetime experiences!

Cons:

At times, the management platform is a little slow to use and some of the integrations like Facebook are an unstable for the ambassador experience.

Reasons for switching to SocialLadder

More features and an app based product over web hosted.

Great Tool for Companies Getting Started with Influencers

Pros:

Social Ladder is relatively easy to use on the Ambassador end, and Social Ladder's support team is very responsive and helpful to admins. They're also very receptive to feedback and future iterations of the product, which I appreciate.

Cons:

Reporting can often be buggy and inaccurate with posts not showing up on campaign reports, analytics not properly pulling in, incorrect engagement rates, etc. Support is very responsive and able to help solve these issues, however, it usually takes a few days for a resolution which is of course understandable but can lead to campaign delays.
