GoToMyPC vs TeamViewer: Which is best for you?

I like that I can work from my office at home when I need to meet a deadline, or something important comes up with a client and they need my help, but I need to be able to see the ledgers.

Their billing practices are questionable as they give minimal notice for the annual billing and when you go to cancel after they have taken the funds, they will not refund you and tell you you are stuck with them for another year.

I especially appreciate its fast connection speed, secure environment, and cross-platform compatibility, which allow us to support users anytime, anywhere without disruptions.

Occasionally the remote session freezes or lags, especially during large file transfers or when switching displays, and sometimes the connection drops unexpectedly, requiring a full reconnect to continue working smoothly.
