rater8 vs TrueReview: Which is best for you?

I really like that they do a biannual check in just to make sure we are utilizing the Rater8 services we pay for to the best of our ability so we continue to like the product and receive great results.

Response time to answer reviews is limited to 30 days. If you can't respond within that timeframe then you won't be able to do so from rater8.

The integration with our POS system saves us a lot of time, and the review requests feel natural instead of spammy.
