Why NCR has this product?

Not sure why NCR has this product. But it is so different compare to NCR Aloha. Please do not think both are working together. They are totally separate products and cannot be integrated.

Very satisfied with the software programming overall. Very happy with our local account rep and local support. The support they give us is tremendous. We have been with Aloha / NCR for six years, started with 4 locations, and have added 3 more in the last 4 years. We have the same account rep which is terrific. He knows our Brand, our set up, and is able to make valuable suggestions to make us successful.

We like the functionality of the software but wish there was a report that showed the breakdown of payment types by product. For example the t-shirt category would show how much was sold in cash vs. credit card. We have a business that has more that one income stream and it is nice to be able to track this.

Sure promised lots and delivered little. I over payed for the least technical system out there. This system has been nothing but issues and a problem for our start up. We have had multiple NCR employees say they will fix our issues and disappear .

Originally a great product, now not so much

I do not utilize ALL the functionalities because I am a bakery not a restaurant so I would like to be able to get a "cheaper" version so I am able to get the most for my money. In the last few months customer service is almost impossible to get answers from and they no longer have the concierge system where I have a specific customer service agent that helps. Its very frustrating to wait on hold and then get told that I am calling the wrong numbers when the website for help clearly states to call certain numbers for assistance. Overall, customer service needs help.
